Contract
Your contract will be with us or one of GoBeyond Tours partners in Egypt. They are all licensed, members of the Egyptian Travel Agent Association (ETAA) for your financial security; they are also all members in (IATA) and (ASTA) international associations.
To Secure Your Payment
To secure your payment you must initially notify the company with your request .Then the company representative will discuss and finalize with you the final arrangement then send you the details in the final confirmation. You must confirm these details and make the correct payment, as discussed in your details
Amendments by the Client
Any amendment made to the original booking is subject to availability. If the full payment has been received or vouchers have been issued, No administrative fees will be applied.
Payment Policy
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space will be secured upon receive a deposit of 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment.
Cancellation
Cancellation should be received in writing document. In case the cancellation happened No administrative fees will be refund and the refund will normally using the same method as the original payment.
Tipping Kitty
Tips: Is a customary attitude for expressing ones satisfaction of good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him, We advise if you are willing to offer it, this would be great – if not, you are not obliged to do it.
Responsibility
We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.
Special Requests
If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
Complaints
If you have a complaint. Please notify GoBeyond Tours immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot, if you feel your problem has still not been resolved please call the CEO of the company, It is unlikely that you will have a complaint that cannot be settled amicably between us.
Acceptance of the agreement
The Contract constituted by the Company's acceptance of the Client's booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. |
